RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Petitioner has approached this Court praying for issuance of directions to respondents No.1 to 4 for protecting the liberty of the petitioner by conducting fair investigation and stay of arrest at the hands of respondents considering DDR No.13, dated 05.10.2021, under Section 174 Cr.P.C.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of this petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail any other remedy as available to her in accordance with law.

Allowed as prayed for.
