Seeking appropriate directions to the official respondents not to harass/ threaten the petitioners on account of involvement of son of petitioners No.1 and 2 namely Gurlal Singh in case FIR No.0106 dated 24th of September, 2022 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 21, 29 of the NDPS Act, 1985 and Sections 25(6), 25(7)(i) of Arms Act, 1959, at Police Station Bhikhiwind, District Tarn Taran. On advance notice,
 

   appears for the respondents and submits that he has instructions to state that the Police Authorities have nothing against the present petitioners and no proceedings will be initiated against them except if in some case they are wanted by the Police Authorities.
