(ORAL) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 438 of the Cr.P.C., is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.208 dated 18.09.2022 (Annexure P-1), under Sections 148, 149, 324, 326 and 341 of the Indian Penal Code (Section 307 IPC added later on), registered at Police Station Baghapurana, Moga, Punjab.

Learned State counsel submits that the petitioner has not joined the investigation despite interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 31.01.2023.
