VINOD S. BHARDWAJ, J. (Oral) Seeking quashing of the order dated 22.07.2025 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, S.A.S. NAGAR (Mohali) in FIR No.3 dated 04.01.2023, under Section 22 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, registered at Police Station Banur, District Patiala vide which the bail order of petitioner was cancelled and bail bonds and surety bonds were forfeited to the State on account of non-appearance, the instant petition has been filed.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the order dated 08.09.2025 passed by this Court, the petitioner RAJ KUMAR ARORA 2026.05.29 11:06 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRM-M-50087-2025 (O&M) -2has surrendered before the trial Court and has been released on bail. She submits that cost also stands deposited.

Learned State counsel does not dispute the same. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Since the petitioner has surrendered before the trial Court and has been released on bail, the present petition is allowed and the interim order dated 08.09.2025 is made absolute.

However, the petitioner shall continue to appear before the trial Court.
