By making a reference to the Registration Certificate dated 21.10.1986, Annexure P-1, issued by the Registrar of Firms & Societies, Punjab, Chandigarh, counsel for the petitioners submits that the original Certificate was not brought to the notice of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Patiala, who confirmed the interim bail granted to the accused by order dated 06.10.2023, Annexure P-5.

At this stage, counsel for the petitioner seeks and is granted permission to approach the Sessions Court seeking cancellation of bail under Section 439 (2), Cr.P.C.
