(ORAL) Prayer in this revision petition is to order dated 11.11.2022 passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Bhiwani, bearing case MNT No. 229 of 2022 titled as 'Babita and another vs. Rohit' whereby in a proceedings under Section 125 Cr.P.C., total interim maintenance of only Rs. 18,000/- p.m. (Rs.12,000/- p.m. to the respondent-wife and Rs.6,000/- p.m. to the minor son) has been awarded.

After arguing for sometime, when this Court is not inclined to interfere; learned counsel submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition, as not pressed. Permitted to do so.

Dismissed, as not pressed.
