NAMIT KUMAR J. (Oral) Prayer in this writ petition filed by the petitioner under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari, for setting-aside the charge-sheet Nos.1326 dated 11.08.2011 (Annexure P-3), 255 dated 27.02.2012 (Annexure P5), 2735 dated 16.12.2014 (Annexure P-7) and 233 dated 07.02.2007 (Annexure P-10) issued to the petitioner. Further prayer has been made to direct the respondents to release the retiral dues of the petitioner including leave encashment, arrears of salary after revision of pay and to release all other accrued benefits along with interest @ 18% per annum and to stay the operation of the impugned charge-sheets, during the pendency of the writ petition.
