*** HARSH BUNGER, J. (Oral) This petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the order dated 03.07.2024 (Annexure P-6), passed by Commissioner Gurugram Division, Gurugram.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that inadvertently the other parties before the Commissioner Gurugram Division, Gurugram have not been impleaded herein, therefore, he prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh one with better particulars.

In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
