(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to avail alternative remedy as available in law. However, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the application for condonation of delay as also application for suspension of sentence of applicantpetitioner is pending before the Appellate Court and the same may be directed to be decided expeditiously.

Keeping in view the entirety of facts and circumstances of the case, the main case is directed to be dismissed as withdrawn. The Appellate Court is directed to decide the application for condonation of delay as also application for suspension of sentence of the petitioner in accordance with law, preferably within one week from the date of receipt/production of certified copy of this order.
