(ORAL) Challenge in the present petition filed by the husband is to the order dated 10.09.2024 passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Sonipat, Camp Court at Gohana, whereby in a proceeding under Section 125 Cr.P.C., the petitioner has been directed to pay interim maintenance of Rs.12,000/- per month to the respondents from the date of the order.

After arguing for sometime, when this Court is not inclined to interfere in the matter; learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise all pleas before the learned Family Court.

Permitted to do so.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
