(ORAL) Through instant revision under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, defendant has laid challenge to order dated 06.08.2019 (Annexure P-3) of the trial Court, whereby his cross-examination to respondentplaintiff Manjit Kaur was treated as 'nil' and order dated 25.09.2019 (Annexure P-5), dismissing his application for recalling the said order. Heard.

In the interest of justice, impugned orders dated 06.08.2019 and 25.09.2019 are set aside. Trial Court is directed to grant only single opportunity to the petitioner to cross-examine respondent Manjit Kaur, subject to costs of `20,000/- to be paid to the opposite side.
