This is a petition under Section 482 CrPC for issuance of direction to respondent No.2 to depute any officer of the rank of senior or IPC level for investigating the case bearing FIR No.0263 dated 10.09.2023 under Sections 354 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 registered at Police Station Sadar Amritsar, District Amritsar. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would contend that two representations, one by wife of petitioner No.1 and one by father of petitioner No.1, were sent to the Commissioner of Police, Amritsar, however, the same have not been considered.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Gurcharan Singh has submitted that both the representations were duly considered and JITENDER KUMAR 2023.11.07 12:15 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment.
