Learned counsel submits that regarding the claim raised in the present petition, a representation dated 24.09.2024, Annexure P-6, has been submitted however the same has yet not evoked any response. He thus, at this stage, on instructions, from the petitioner, prays that a direction be given to the respondents to decide the same in a time bound manner. 2.

At the asking of the Court, Mr. Kanwal Goyal, Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents-HPSC and has no objection to the limited prayer made.
