RAJIV SHARMA,J Present appeal is directed against the impugned order dated 03.11.2018 passed by learned Special Judge, NIA, SAS Nagar, Mohali dismissing the bail application of the appellant in case FIR No.0218 dated 15.7.2017 under Sections 302,379,416,120-B,34 IPC and Sections 25/27 of the Arms Act and Section 16/17/18/18A/18B/20/21/23 of the UA (P) Act, 1967.

Heard.

Appellant has not been able to prove prima facie as to why Tarmanpreet Singh had sent money to him. Moreover, the motorcycle used in the commission of crime is in the name of the appellant. The contention raised by learned counsel for the appellant can only be considered at the time of trial.
