(Oral) The present petition has been filed for seeking quashing of case bearing FIR No.131 dated 18.11.2020 registered under Sections 447, 511, & 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station Nakodar City, District Jalandhar alongwith all consequential proceedings arising therefrom. 2.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner contends that investigation in the matter has already been completed but the requisite final report has not been challenged. He thus prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to file a fresh petition after giving complete particulars.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
