MAIN CASE Present revision petition has been filed by the petitioner, thereby invoking jurisdiction of this Court under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, seeking issuance of direction to learned Family Court, to expeditiously take up the divorce petition i.e. HMA/127/2023, titled 'Ishan Arora Vs. Dolly Arora', filed by the petitioner and decide the same. At the very outset, it is submitted by the counsel for the petitioner that in the divorce petition, proceedings were conducted in due course and the respondent was proceeded against ex parte. Thereupon, an application was filed to challenge the same, which was dismissed by learned Family Court. CR-6169-2025 (O&M) Court and Division Bench had asked the respondent, to file a fresh application. Thereupon, she had filed the fresh application for setting aside of the ex parte proceedings, which was allowed. Subsequently, again the respondent was proceeded against ex parte and thereafter, the proceedings were again set aside by learned Family Court. Third time also, she was proceeded against ex parte.

In the given circumstances and also without having any data of pendency before learned Family Court, no direction can be given to the Family Court, to expeditiously decide the divorce petition in hand. In any case, the petitioner, if so desires, can make similar submissions before learned Family Court, by filing a separate application. In view of the aforesaid terms, the revision petition stands disposed of.
