HARSH BUNGER, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, is for issuance of direction to the respondents to register the cross-case at the behest of the petitioners in case FIR No.291 dated 14.11.2022, under Sections 353, 186 and 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, at Police Station Model Town, Hoshiarpur (Annexure P-4).

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take recourse to the remedy(ies) as available to the petitioners in accordance with law.
