RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) In the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for direction to respondents No. 2 and 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners at the hands of respondent No. 4. Heard.

Without commenting on the legality and validity of marriage between the petitioners, respondent No. 2-Superintendent of Police, Sirsa, is directed to enquire as to whether the petitioners genuinely need any protection and if so, do the needful.

Petitioners are present in the Court. Petitioner No. 2Sandeep, is hereby directed to make necessary arrangements for fixed deposit of a sum of `3,00,000/- (Rupees Three Lakhs) in some nationalized bank in the name of petitioner No. 1-Preeti, within a period of one month from today.
