PANKAJ JAIN, J. (ORAL) Reply by way of affidavit of Jagat Singh, HPS, DSP(HQ) Sirsa has been filed on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3. The same is taken on record. Operative part thereof reads as under : "3. That in the application No.3428-PU, dated 31.10.2023/ Annexure P-3 and the allegation contained in the present Criminal Writ Petition an enquiry into the allegations were made by the police. During enquiry petitioners as well as private respondents No.4 and 5 were joined in the enquiry and their respective statements were recorded. During enquiry petitioners have got recorded their respective statements to the effect that they have no danger to their life and liberty from private respondents No.4 and 5. English translation of statement of petitioners is annexed herewith as Annexure R-1 and R-2 respectively"
