ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) The petitioner alleges violation of the order dated 25.08.2022 vide which a direction was issued to decide the representation.

Reply by way of affidavit of the Senior Superintendent o Police, Patiala, is filed, according to which a speaking order dated 24.12.2022 has been passed rejecting the request of the petitioner. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.

Liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 24.12.2022, if so advised.
