This petition has been filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking a writ in the nature of Certiorari for setting aside the order dated 04.09.2024 (Annexure P-9). 2.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to the petitioners to avail other remedies available to them in accordance with law.

In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
