Through the instant petition, as filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioners have sought issuance of directions upon the respondents No.2 and 3, to ensure protection of their lives and liberty at the hands of respondents No.4 and 5, and, also to ensure that they are not harassed at the instance of the said respondents, through filing any complaint.

At the very outset, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents No.4 and 5, on instructions imparted to him by his clients, very fairly submits that they do not have any objection against the marriage of the petitioners and they will not interfere in their matrimonial life.

Therefore, the present petition is dismissed, as having been rendered infructuous.
