Learned counsel submits that regarding the claim raised in the present petition, a representation dated 14.10.2024, Annexure P-17, has been submitted however the same has yet not evoked any response. He thus, at this stage, on instructions, from the petitioner, prays that a direction be given to respondent No.2 to decide the same in a time bound manner. 2.
