Copy of representation dated 23.08.2025 made by the petitioner is taken on record as Annexure P-7. Main Case The petition has been preferred seeking direction to respondent Nos.2 and 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner from respondent Nos.6 to 10 against whom complaints (Annexure P-5 & 6) have been filed by the petitioner.

Version of the petitioner is that he is working as Assistant Professor of Commerce at Government College, Krishna Nagar, District Mahendergarh and is a hearing impaired disabled employee. On 05.08.2025, he received death threat by Assistant Professors Dr. Chandrapal Yadav and Dr. Somdutt. On 23.08.2025, both the above referred professors in connivance with Dr. Suman Yadav (DDO of the college), Bursar, Dr. Naresh Kumar and Rajkumar (Assistant) attacked him and gave beatings and clothes were torn. At the very outset, learned State counsel has apprised the Court that action has been taken on the representation(s) moved by the petitioner and the accused have already been challaned under the relevant provisions of law.

As far as departmental action is concerned, the petitioner has already moved the representation (P-7) to the competent authority i.e. Additional Chief Secretary, Director General Higher Education Department. So, he is at liberty to pursue the same in accordance with law. 5.

Disposed of accordingly.
