Seeking direction to the respondents for fair and impartial enquiry in the complaint dated 28.03.2023 (Annexure P1) and 03.05.2023 (Annexure P2), the petitioners had come up before this Court under Section 528 BNSS. 2.

Counsel for the State on instructions from ASI-Harjeet Singh submits that an enquiry was conducted in which no substance was found and representation has been filed.

On the last date of hearing, this Court had passed the following orders which reads as under:

Called again.

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. List on 25.11.2024.

It is clarified that as on date, no notice has been issued and pendency of this petition shall be inconsequential." Even today, the case was called out twice.

Again, the petitioners are unrepresented.

Given the statement made by the State counsel as well as non-appearance on behalf of the petitioners, the present petition is disposed of. All pending application(s), if any, stand disposed of.
