This is an application for preponment of the date of hearing in the main case i.e. CWP-24995-2023 from 06.02.2024 to an early date. 2.

On the asking of the Court, Mr. Samarth Sagar, Addl. A.G, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent Nos. 1 to 6 and states that he has no objection if the present application is allowed. 4.
In view of the above, the application is allowed and with the consent of both the learned counsel for the parties, the main case i.e. CWP24995-2023 is taken on Board today itself. CWP-24995-2023 1.

The present petition is disposed of with the direction to the official respondents to decide the appeal of the petitioner under Section 114 of Haryana Co-operative Societies Act, 1984 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. Till the disposal of the application for stay, operation of the impugned order dated 24.07.2023 (Annexure P-7) shall remain stayed.
