 Learned counsel for the appellant-Institute submits that since the respondent in this case was appointed after the date with effect from which the revised pay scales, in terms of the 7th Pay Commission were implemented i.e. 01.01.2016 and that for the grant of dearness allowance her case would be covered in her favour by the Resolution of the Board of Governors of the appellant-Institute, the present appeal may be disposed of with the grant of reasonable time to the appellant-Institute to comply with the judgment of the learned Single Judge.
