Present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for directing respondent No.2 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner and his family members from the hands of respondents No.4 to 5. It is further prayed to comply with the provisions of Section 160 Cr.P.C. before calling the petitioner to the police station and decide his representation, dated 04.10.2024, Annexure P-2. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for redressal of his grievances the petitioner has already filed a representation before respondent No.3, on 04.10.2024, Annexure P-2, however, no action has been taken on the same till date.
