HARSH BUNGER, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is for issuance of direction to respondents No.2 to 6 to register an FIR and also to do fair investigation subsequent thereto for which, the petitioner has already moved a representation dated 18.11.2022 (Annexure P-6) to respondent No.4 as well as online complaint dated 22.05.2021 (Annexure P-2) to respondent No.2 and also the reminders dated 26.07.2021 and 23.09.2021 (Annexure P-3), but no action has been taken thereupon.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition.

In view of the above submission, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
