(Oral) The prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for quashing of complaint, i.e. COMI No.501 dated 13.11.2015 under Sections 304, 34, 307, 325, 323 IPC (Annexure P-1) the impugned summoning order under Sections 323, 325 read with Section 34 IPC dated 16.08.2019 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Pathankot (Annexure P.2) and all the other consequential and incidental proceedings arising therefrom.

The learned counsel for the petitioner contends that during the pendency of the proceedings, a compromise has been arrived at between the parties. Therefore, the present complaint and the summoning order may be quashed.

  The learned counsel for the respondent-complainant concedes the factum of a compromise and states that he has no objection if the complaint as well as the impugned summoning order are quashed. I have heard the respective contentions of both the parties. In view of the above, complaint, i.e. COMI No.501 dated 13.11.2015 under Sections 304, 34, 307, 325, 323 IPC (Annexure P-1) the impugned summoning order under Sections 323, 325 read with Section 34 IPC dated 16.08.2019 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Pathankot (Annexure P.2) and all the other consequential and incidental proceedings arising therefrom are hereby stand quashed.
