However, the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Ludhiana seized of the revision petition filed by the petitioner challenging order dated 1.7.2019 passed by learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Khanna, is directed to dispose of the revision petition expeditiously. In case the cause list permits, the same may be disposed of on the next date of hearing fixed for arguments.
