******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.162 dated 16.10.2016 registered for the offence punishable under Section 379 of Indian Penal Code, at Police Station Doraha, District Khanna.

Heard.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that costs has been paid.

Learned State counsel submits that petitioner has surrendered before the trial Court and furnished bail bond and surety bond as per order SACHIN MEHTA 2020.03.12 17:03 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document High Court, Chandigarh

CRM-M-49858-2019 -2dated 11.12.2019 and she has no objection if the order dated 11.12.2019 is made absolute.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is allowed and order dated 11.12.2019 is made absolute, subject to the following terms:- (i) that the petitioner shall keep on appearing before trial Court regularly;

(ii) that the petitioner shall not, directly or indirectly, make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the accusation against him so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer;

(iii) that the petitioner shall not leave India without the prior permission of the Court;
