PANKAJ JAIN, J. (ORAL) It is not disputed that the petitioner earlier approached this Court by way of CRM-M No.36591 of 2023 which was ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn on 31st of July, 2023. The order reads as under :- "1.

This petition has been filed for issuance of directions to respondents No.1 to 3 to act upon the representation of the petitioner and to initiate action against respondents No.4 to 5. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to avail alternate remedy, if any, available in accordance with law.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid." 2.

In view above, this Court does not find any reason to entertain the present petition on the same cause of action. Resultantly, the instant petition is dismissed.
