(Oral) CRM-50582-2023 By way of filing the instant application, the applicant/petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the main case, which stands fixed for 1.2.2024. In view of the specific prayer made by the applicant/petitioner for withdrawal of the main case and in view of the reasons mentioned in the instant application, the same is allowed as prayed for and the main case i.e. CRM-M-58174-2022, which is stated to be fixed for 1.2.2024, is preponed and is taken on board today and the main case itself is hereby dismissed as withdrawn.
