The present contempt petition has been filed for noncompliance of order dated 25.04.2025 passed by Division Bench of this Court in LPA No. 135-2017, which was disposed of in terms of CWP-117102014 and other cases, decided on 25.03.2025. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the State Government preferred SLP bearing Diary Nos. 48399/2025 and Case No. 32830-32833/2025 wherein Hon'ble the Supreme Court passed the interim order dated 24.11.2025 that the respondents shall not pursue the contempt proceedings before the High Court.

In view of the above, the present contempt petition is dismissed.
