(ORAL) This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to respondents No.1 to 4 to conduct fair and impartial investigation in a time-bound manner with regard to application dated 01.11.2022 (Annexure P-3) submitted to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, SAS Nagar (Mohali). At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that let this petition be disposed of only with a direction to respondent No.2Senior Superintendent of Police, SAS Nagar (Mohali, to consider and decide the representation dated 01.11.2022 (Annexure P-3) submitted by the petitioner.
Notice of motion to respondents No.1 to 5 only at this stage. Mr. Adhiraj Singh, AAG, Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of respondents No.1 to 5-State.
