The petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a writ of mandamus directing respondent no.4 to release the part of gratuity, GPF, GIS and pensionary benefits of the petitioner alongwith interest. 2.

Learned counsel for respondent no.4 contends that the relief claimed in the petition, i.e., part of gratuity, GPF, GIS and pensionary benefits, has been granted to the petitioner by the School. 3.

Learned State counsel submits that as per affidavit dated 3.1.2024, submitted by the petitioner to the Department, she wants to withdraw the petition since pensionary benefits have been received by her.

In view thereof, the petition stands disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
