Dated Police Station Sections 26.06.2024 Basti Bawa Khel, Jalandhar 323, 324, 506, 148, 149 IPC Seeking directions to respondents No.2 & 3 to conduct fair investigation in the FIR captioned above, petitioner has come up before this Court by filing the present petition under Section 528 BNSS 2023.

In compliance to the previous order dated 06.11.2024, counsel for the State on instructions from ASI Mangat Ram, submits that representation dated 28.07.2024 (Annexure P4) was never received in the office of Commissioner of Police. However offence under Sections 326 & 307 IPC were added vide G.D. No.036 dated 07.08.2024. 3.

Given above, no further orders are required to pass in the present petition and the same is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh if need arises. Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
