The instant application has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.210 dated 28.07.2019 registered under Sections 120-B, 323, 406, 498-A IPC (Sections 376, 511, 506 IPC added later on) at Police Station Farakpur, District Yamuna Nagar.

By an order dated 25.11.2019 while issuing notice of motion, this Court had granted interim bail to the petitioner and directed him to join investigation.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-State on instructions from IO submits that the petitioner has joined investigation. 4.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties. 5.

In view of the fact that the petitioner has joined investigation, the instant petition is allowed and the order dated 25.11.2019 granting interim bail to the petitioner is made absolute, subject to conditions laid down in Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
