The petitioner through instant petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondent to revise her pension.

The petitioner is widow of Late Sh. Joginder Singh. She is entitled to family pension, however, respondent despite death of her husband are crediting pension in her husband's account. She claims that she has already informed authorities. They are not releasing family pension.

Mr. Vikas Chatrath, Advocate, who is present in Court on behalf of respondent-SBI and Mr. Deepak Malhotra, Addl. Standing Counsel on behalf of respondent-U.T.
