(ORAL) At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition has become infructuous as the Criminal Complaint case, out of which the same had arisen, has already been withdrawn by the respondent (complainant-Bank) and he has also submitted the copy of the order passed by learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar, on 28.04.2021 in NACT No.298 of 2017 in the Court and he prays that the instant petition may be disposed of accordingly.

Learned counsel for the respondent-Bank has no objection for the same.

Resultantly, the petition in hand stands disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
