******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The petitioners filed this petition seeking relief to initiate the arrest proceedings against respondents No.5 and 6. Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Buta Singh submits that both the respondents have been arrested on 12.09.2019, as such, this petition has been rendered infructuous. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that though respondents No.5 and 6 were arrested but they got the benefit of bail on technical ground.

So far as the release of respondents No.5 and 6 on bail is concerned, it is not a subject-matter of this petition. The relief as sought by the petitioners has been rendered infructuous after the arrest of respondents No.5 and 6, as such, this petition is disposed of.
