Prayer in the present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. is for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.0005 dated 31.07.2023 under Sections 380, 448, 506, 511 & 120-B IPC registered at Police Station NRI District SBS Nagar (Annexure P-1). 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in the present case by the police at the behest of the complainant.

On advance notice, Mr. Sanish Girdhar, AAG, Punjab, puts in appearance on behalf respondent-State and waives service. He points out that present petition has been filed by concealing the fact that the earlier petition seeking the same relief has been dismissed by this Court vide judgment dated 11.10.2023 passed in CRM-M-419122023 titled as

However, for willfully making an attempt to mislead the Court and for the petitioners not disclosing that their earlier petition for the same relief had been dismissed, as notice above, costs of
10,000/- each are imposed upon the petitioners, to be deposited with District Legal Services Authority, SBS Nagar.
