Present revision petition has been filed by the petitioner against the order dated 10.04.2019 vide which application filed by the petitioner under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 was decided. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the main case itself stands disposed off before the Family Court rendering the present petition as infructuous. Otherwise also, in view of the judgment dated 24.01.2024 passed by a Division Bench of this Court in FAO-5930-2023 titled 'Rajni vs. Mohit' the impugned order is amenable to appeal under Section 19(1) of the Family Courts Act, 1984. 3.

Dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
