The present Civil Writ Petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to issue the appointment to the petitioner in terms of the order dated 06.06.2019 passed by the appellate authority setting aside the order imposing punishment of compulsory retirement. 2.

Learned counsel submits that the petitioner has now since been reinstated pursuant to the order passed by the Appellate Authority, however, the back wages have not been paid, regarding which, he prays for time to file a representation, which may be directed to decide in a time bound manner by granting him an opportunity of hearing.
