Keeping in view the limited prayer of the petitioner and without commenting anything on the merits of the case, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to take action on the said legal notice dated 28.06.2019 (Annexure P-10) in accordance with law/policy within a period of four weeks from date of receipt of certified copy of the order. In case, the hearing of the petitioner is required, same be given. Disposed of.
