The present petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the order dated 05.11.2022 passed by the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Baghapurana whereby an application under Section 319 CrPC was allowed and the petitioner was summoned to face trial. 2.

Learned State counsel has pointed out that the petitioner has since been acquitted by the Trial Court vide judgment dated 26.10.2023 and hence the present petition has been rendered infructuous. 3.
