Kartikeya, Advocate for Mr. Sandeep Kumar Tada, Advocate for the petitioners. *** Learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioners states that he be permitted to withdraw the present revision petition granting him liberty to raise all these pleas before the trial Court. As far as the liberty sought by learned counsel for the revision petitioners for moving application before the Court for treating issues with regard to the suit being barred by limitation and the same being not maintainable as preliminary issues, the revision petitioner may file appropriate application, if so advised. However, the trial Court would decide the application strictly in accordance with law. The Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the revision petitioners to raise all the pleas before the trial Court at appropriate stage.
