Present petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (for short, 'the Cr.P.C.') for directing respondent No.1 to conduct proper and fair inquiry in the matter in question by some other independent agency or by constituting Special Investigating Team or through any senior police officials at least of the rank of Superintendent of Police deputed outside District Bhiwani and to take appropriate legal action against all the accused officials/officers/persons involved in the illegal encroachment as shown in the demarcation report dated 15.10.2021 (P-6). 2.

After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to accept the prayer, learned counsel, on instructions from the petitioner, wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take recourse to the remedy available under law.
