This petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to permit the petitioner to apply for the post of Post Graduate Teacher/PGT-Computer Science were advertised, vide advertisement no.32/2022.

Learned State counsel, on instructions, submits that vide announcement dated 24.5.2023, it has been decided to withdraw the advertisements no.31 and 32 of 2022, issued by the Haryana Public Service Commission, and the same have already been withdrawn.
